After a long, mostly dry and mostly busy summer things today caught us by surprise.
The C-BOMB was dropped in Balerno Inn and other than head chef Andy we were all caught rather aghast

It was a shock for sure , but once we gathered ourselves we reconciled it wasn't as bad as it first seemed, in fact, for the most part it made us grin.

We are incredibly lucky to have a kitchen team who always aim to deliver tasty guest centric food, it's too easy for chefs to make it personal and lose sight of the customer, chef Andy is constantly reviewing feedback and monitoring industry trends and reacting accordingly 💪
We are lucky to work with a great procurement partner www.enhanceconsult.com who always make sure we are getting the best value possible. To that end we are totally bucking the hospitality trend and have managed to knock back several of our prices, as we've always said Balerno Inn is not a cash cow and was always about delivering great value INN food to our amazing guests.
