Rest Restore Explore
We love this time of the year in Fermanagh. It is peaceful but there is still lots happening. The first frosts have arrived and the lake looked so beautiful this morning with the mist rising off it. This is Fern Brae at the BandB.

Its a beautiful day here at the BandB. There is a sense of slowing down as we move to Samhain and the later part of the year. There is some availability left for October before we rest in Winter.

We were new to hospitality. We had only been opened for a month, but when we were asked if we would like to take part in "Four in a bed" we said yes. We learnt a lot and have come a long way on our Bed and Breakfast journey since then. Best of luck to Willowbank House in the new series.

We have had many lovely people come to stay at Drumrush B&B. We have heard many stories about their journey. This is George. He is cycling from Somerset through Ireland to Milford in Co. Donegal. He is raising money for TOFS , a rare condition that his daughter, Alannah, was born with. Fortunately she has had major surgery to correct this. George has just left us and is now cycling from to Milford. He is cycling the "7 Mile Straight"/ Montiaghroe Road. This road is a challenge in a car. He is cycling it!! We wish George a safe trip for the rest of his journey.
