The caravan is a 3 bedroom 8 berth and is situated on Sycamore Court, which is a well sought after area of Haven's Primrose Valley Holiday Park. The caravan has a large amount of room around it for the kids to play as well as it's own private patio area. Our caravan offers a private parking bay. It is positioned 10 minutes walk from the main complex and beach access, and five minutes walk from the
funfair, outdoor pool and boating lake. In the lounge there is a 32 inch flat screen TV with free view along with a DVD player. There is also a CD/radio. The lounge also benefits from a gas fire and comfortable seating with an additional pull out double bed. The dining area has a table and seating. The kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker with hob, oven and grill, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and full set of cooking utensils. There is a double bedroom with 2 twin bedrooms with adequate storage. Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds. There is a shower room with a large shower cubicle wash basin, toilet, bathroom shelves and mirror. There is also a second toilet with a wash basin. The caravan benefits from hard piped LPG gas, which means no hassle of changing gas cylinders. Gas and electricity are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi

3,4 or 7 night stays available. A £75 non refundable deposit will secure the caravan. The remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday. You may also pay in instalments. An additional security bond of £75 will also be required when the final balance is paid. This will be returned no later than 2 weeks after your holiday is finished, when the caravan has been checked for damages or breakages. Any damage or breakages will be repaired and the remaining deposit paid to you.
