Coming towards the end of this refurb in blackwood now, few days left tiling and snags painting the doors and carpet to go down. Should be ready to let in the next couple of weeks

Some paint on the walls upstairs in blackwood, plastering finished down stairs this week, bathroom being fitted this week then kitchen and central heating and paint downstairs on target for end of August completion.

Plaster dried out nice, skirts and architraves on upstairs, bathroom being started this week looking forward to seeing that fitted, hopefully plasterer back next week so we can get the downstairs skimmed and prepped ready for the kitchen and paint. Big push to get finished for in August

A few stressful days waiting for this to compete Keys today, refurb starts tomorrow hoping to make good progress over the weekend

No before pictures on this one, got stuck in Friday night, yesterday and today ready for the build team to get in this week. Put a good dent in it to get them a head start.

3 bed in cwmbran will be going on the sales market once complete, this should be a nice property once complete with off road parking and a large enclosed read garden
