We now have an electric car charger available for our guests use. It is a low cost/power unit so that we can offer it's use free of charge. Please note that it is a 2.4 Kw unit, so it will take longer to charge than most home chargers which are usually 3Kw or 7Kw. It's an unknow about charging times or vehicle compatibility, so if you use it, please let us know how you get on! Thank you

FOLLOWING OUR GUESTS' SUGGESTIONS, we have now installed a larger fridge freezer. This features a fold away bottle rack, with a much larger fridge section and apparently more accurate temperature control. We have also just added two comfortable chairs - one being a riser/recliner. The other two sofa beds by their design are not as comfortable to sit on as normal sofas, and we intent to look into changing these once we have ascertained that our guests are not relying on them for beds. We are now only advertising 6 beds (two in each of 3 bedrooms).

Latest accessibility additions include a riser/recliner chair in the lounge and a couple of suction grab handles are supplied for use in bathrooms.

ACCESSIBILITY UPDATE Ramps are now available for wheelchair/mobility scooters to access the building through the conservatory.
ACCESSIBILITY NOTES
The drive/front garden/ enclosed rear garden are all on one level. There is one step into the building for which ramps are provided. A standard wheelchair would have access to the conservatory, study, kitchen, & lounge/diner. All doors are 28" wide, but there is little room to manoeuvre in the hallway, so a few steps to the bedroom or bathroom would be necessary - a walking frame is available.
A walk in shower is provided in the en-suite with a grab rail and wall mounted seat along with a comfort height WC. The two main bedrooms have one firm and one softer bed in each room. A rollator, walking sticks, crutches, pick up sticks and long handled shoehorns are provided along with a cot, toys and high chair for younger members of the family! Just a quick update on Marram Sands. Following requests we now have 18 coat hooks installed and the ensuite shower door has been altered to provide easy access.

Oct 3rd - 16th and 20th - 23rd
Nov 4th - 21st
Dec 4th - 21st

Bookings are now coming in for Spring and Summer 2025. There are till a few dates available. At the moment, there's an abundance of seals and pups to be seen on the beach at nearby Horsey Gap. The whole area is generally now opening up again for the new season.
