Originally a barn and converted in the early 1990′s, it has been newly refurbished to a very high standard to provide an idyllic and peaceful holiday cottage retreat. Accessed from a pri

vate lane, the property is just a stone’s throw to the local village pub The White Hart, which is no more than 200 yards away and Gunnislake is approximately 2 miles. The Linney is attached on one side, and has been totally renovated in order to provide guests with exceptional comfort in stylish and contemporary accommodation. All the fittings are brand new and of a very high specification. The barn is personally prepared and maintained by the owners, who live on-site, to provide a luxurious home from home feel. It is the perfect base to explore the area, situated near the Tamar Valley Discovery Trail, which runs for 30 miles following the course of the river through an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the barn is ideal for walkers, cyclists and wildlife lovers alike. A welcome pack of bottle of wine or home-made cake plus fresh milk, tea and coffee will be provided on arrival and a breakfast pack for your first morning can be ordered in advance for a small additional cost, consisting of choice of cereal, bacon, eggs, tomatoes and fresh bread and butter.
