sussexyurtcloud.co.uk Cloud, an authentic Mongolian Yurt in the East Sussex country side available for hire on a private site at Golden Cross, Nr Hailsham.

Her name is Cloud (after the nickname, Mongolian Cloud House). She was bought from local Yurt makers, 9678 kilo meters away in Ullaanbaatar, capital of Mongolia. My Dad and I decided to go on an epic adventure to buy some yurts, not knowing the outcome we were hoping to find something we could bring back to the UK, and wow, we found gold! Cloud was shipped back through China, Asia and Europe in a

shipping container, over land and sea to a field in the picturesque Sussex country side. She is a beautiful and truly authentic Mongolian Yurt (called Ger’s in Mongolian, meaning home), from where nomadic families still use them as their homes. On our journey through Mongolia Dad and I stayed with some Mongolian families out on the plains and found out first hand, the true beauty of what it feels like to sleep in one, and feel its magic. I hope that you get to experience some of this magic from staying in Cloud.
