Looking for someone to cater, or do a drop off, for a birthday lunch party on 2nd June in Monk Sherbourne, near Basingstoke. A few easy nibbles, Slow roast pork or lamb with 3/4 delicious Ottolenghi style salads to accompany. Pavlova or similar for pudding. 12 adults. Crab Apple Cooks needs a chef to look after 5 guests in a lodge near Spean Bridge, Inverness from the 19th - 22nd March inclusive. The guests mainly eat fish and vegetarian food, which needs to be interesting, delicious and cooked to a very high standard. £150 per day + travel. Scotland based preferable but not essential.
