✨ NEW YOGA CLASS ALERT ✨

I’ve had so many requests for evening classes… so here we go 💙

Starting tomorrow (Monday 27th April), my sunset beach yoga begins, flowing all the way through summer into October 🌅

🧘‍♀️ Mondays | 6:30–7:30pm
📍 On the sand below The Bluff (new Wetherspoons), Hayle

Moving your body, breathing in the sea air & watching the sun go down is such a beautiful & magical way to start your week 🌅

Access:
Head down the ramp onto the beach & turn left & you’ll find us there.
If the tide is high, you can come down the rocks left of the ramp (a little nature stairway ✨)
Or follow the coast path round for an easier route.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Warm layers (it can be breezy by the sea)
• Dry robe / woolly hat if you have one (best to have layers than not)
• Water to hydrate
• Swimsuit if you fancy a sunset dip 🌊
• Dinner / snacks if you’d love a little picnic by the sea after 🧺
