Badgers Burrow will be open for bookings only for August this year.
A 5m bell tent that can take up to a family of 5. Located in the lower paddock of Appletree Hill Retreat garden, surrounded by our endearing animal family, donkeys, sheep, goats, chickens & ducks. Inside there is a double & 2 single futon beds, a lounge area with futon sofa/bed, tv and has heater for colder evenings. There is a kitchen/dining area with gas stove, mini fridge, small wash bowl & dining table. All areas have storage.
Outside there is a toilet cubicle with chemical toilet and wash sink, also a shower cubicle with gas heated pump shower. Water for drinking and washing is tapped and always available.
In the grassed fenced area of the burrow is a bbq, picnic table and fire pit for evenings out under the stars.
Breakfast is included in your nights rate, a takeaway menu is available for evening meals at a small additional cost.
