Evening All,

Another busy evening especially for food. We've got the fish Friday special tomorrow but it's advisable to call us and book a table where possible from about 4pm due to how busy we've been getting.

We do have at least 1 large booking tomorrow night so space is limited from 6pm and then again after 7pm for the last 45 minutes of service.

As always, we will try to accommodate walk ins but at certain times when there are a lot of orders in, it might not be possible or you might be asked to wait until we get you sorted. This is purely to prevent delays with getting your food out.

One again we are so grateful for the support you have shown the venue. Onwards and upwards for The Elk and the great community that it serves.

Look what's arrived today... this means only one thing!

Quiz nights are about to start at The Elks.

It's too late for this week but from next Thursday night from 8.30pm your community local will be hosting a weekly quiz.

We'll give some more details over the coming days but there will be 40 questions split between 8 quick fire rounds, 10 questions for a music quiz and also a picture round. And of course the play your cards right game for the chance to win money!

Well it's been a little over a week and a half and we can already see what a great community you are. The support and good will from you so far to see us do well is humbling to be honest.

We'd just like to reiterate again, we are committed to putting The Elks back on the map and together with you can really make this place thrive.

As a family run business, it's our mission to bring you good homemade food, a nice range of drinks and somewhere that you can come to with friends and family and enjoy yourself!

We're looking for a part time cleaner for 2hrs per day over 7 days.

The cleaner will clean the main venue but will be required to turn the letting rooms around when guests check out.

Good Morning Elkers!

Open for food from 12pm and we still have some gorgeous homemade mince and herby suet dumplings on the specials.

Main menu is also available all day. Booking is advised for evenings from 5.30pm at the moment so give us a call or an inbox to reserve a table. We will soon have a link where you can book a table direct through Facebook.
