To help us manage appointments fairly, all online bookings now require a £1 booking fee to secure your slot. This fee isn’t deducted from your appointment cost and is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance — missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged.
