We have availability last 2 weeks August and last 2 weeks September as well as all October. I have been running the cottage since 2019 and April to oct is normally really busy but this year I haven’t been pushing it as I had other things going on. New customers can book through Cottages.com or for returning customers, you can book direct with me at a fixed price of 430 for 7nights.

I have decided to close from Nov to End Feb as running costs for an old building through winter are high, but if returners are interested in booking during that period please pm me.
Next year for returners booking privately it will remain at 430 for 7 nights. Sorry I don’t offer short stays due to my work commitments and we can’t accept dogs as ours is a bit nuts and would end up on tranquillisers!

I send out Cottage info to customers before arriving and my general rule is leave it as you find it.

Hello everyone, will put a couple of video clips on today taken over Easter. we are open and on Cottages’s.com where we have received the customer choice award for the second year running.

With 6 years experience of letting our cottage, you can be sure of a warm welcome. Bookings are Friday to Friday to fit with my work schedule, but always willing to discuss specific needs.

Rowan cottage looking fab and enjoying the sunshine, with the view out the front as well. First guests arriving 18th April then full till 15th August,. Lots of availability after this for the rest of this year. Not sure whether we will continue next year a I go back to full time work, and Scotlands tax system will be against me!! so anyone wanting to enjoy this oasis of calm, space and tranquility let me know ASAP!!!

Deep cleaning under way, floors washed and steamed ready for polishing and bathroom getting a fresh coat of paint to brighten it up
Season almost fully booked april to september with 3 weeks still available
