PremierLux Serviced Apartments in Ilford (IG1) is now looking for a cleaner to join our friendly housekeeping team.

You will be responsible for cleaning guest’s rooms and providing exceptional service for our clients guests. You will clean guest’s bedrooms, corridors and bathrooms, undertake regular deep cleaning tasks, change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities and manage guest’s requests.

Previous not mandatory as full training will be provided

PREMIERLUX SERVICED APARTMENTS in Ilford is now recruiting for a DAY/NIGHT RECEPTIONIST to join its friendly team.

This is a permanent FULL TIME position where daily duties will consist of the following:

Assisting with guest queries and providing a high level of customer service;
Processing Check-in’s and Check-out’s;
Processing payments;
Processing reservations;
Filing;
Responding to emails;
Handling telephone switchboard of incoming calls and reservations;
Night Auditing.

Legal status in UK is a must. Experiences beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
