Pavlova cake - crispy on the outside, soft/light inside with vanilla cream, fruits and dash of mint. Delicious. Looks amazing, taste as good as it looks ❤️

Homemade pistachio cream with Pavlova meringue - delicious!
Pavlova meringue has been invented in 1926 or 1929 by the chef of the Esplanade hotel in Perth for russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. She asked for something light.
Pavlova meringue is crispy on outside and soft/light inside. It goes well with different types of fruits, but the pistachio one is a perfect for pistachio lovers.

Still struggling with Mother's Day gift? Get your Mum a delicious homemade Pavlova cake! Pavlova meringue has crisp chrust outside and soft/light inside. It goes perfectly with fruits (they can be chosen) and a mint leaf!
