Not normally one for sharing figures, but this week has seen us step things up a bit, so I thought I’d share. These 6 bookings alone came in on Monday this week. Almost £25k from 6 bookings in ONE DAY 😳😳

We’ve had probably another £15-20k in smaller bookings across the portfolio this week.
This is in the apparent ‘quiet period’ for serviced accommodation!! Meanwhile we’ve posted record results in December, January and February!!

Just goes to show these kind of bookings are out there for the right properties under the right management, even in the quiet times.. if you know where to look!!

Four 2 bedroom apartments and a 1 bedroom lodge with a sofa bed, all on the same site looking on to Alnwick Castle (where a lot of Harry Potter was filmed). These are also available to be booked together for larger groups.

All finished to a very high standard and with their own individual style 😍😍

30 seconds walk to the Castle. A minute the other way in to town!! Can’t beat that for location 📍

We’re down in Alnwick this weekend beginning the onboarding process for our next five new management properties. An amazing development of 4 x 2 bedroom apartments and a 1 bedroom lodge in the heart of Alnwick looking directly on to the castle walls! What a location, lovely little town with so much to see and do, and 5 gorgeous properties 😍😍
Alnwick Castle is where a lot of the Harry Potter movies were filmed.

Everyone loves a good story right?? Well here's a little insight in to why we do what we do....

Over the last few years we've been on both sides of the serviced accommodation world.
Before launching Cozyhost Short Stays, we were property investors placing our own units with SA management companies to operate on our behalf. Despite doing everything right on our side — well thought out properties with quality furnishing and meticulous set up alongside having realistic expectations and long-term thinking — we experienced poor service, even worse communication, slipping standards, and very little transparency.

It was frustrating, and often genuinely stressful.
That experience became the catalyst for something new.

Rather than accepting that this was “just how the industry works”, we decided to build the management company we would have wanted looking after our investments — one that treats every property like its own.

That’s why we created Cozyhost Short Stays.

Today, as well as still being active property investors, through Cozyhost we focus on providing high-quality short term rental properties to corporate travellers and leisure guests across Scotland.

The service we provide to our investor and landlord clients is backed by clear communication, transparent reporting, and exceptionally high standards while maximising their return on investment.

We also pride ourselves on the high standard of service our guests can expect when staying with us. What a couple of weeks it's been!! We've been so busy preparing and launching THREE AMAZING NEW properties that we've struggled to find time to tell everyone about them!!
