- About the event

TMH are proud to be joined by Meg from the amazing

Postpartum plan a holistic online programme laying the emotional and physical foundations for a lifetime of parenthood, to bring to you a workshop on ❤️ Finding the U in Mum

As always we will have 30-40minutes with our speaker who will also be available for the entire event for you to ask questions if you wish. This is a safe, non-judgemental space for you.

- Find out all about:

- Understanding self-care and the barriers to looking after you

- 5 minutes of meditation

- Writing a letter to yourself (Meg will send them back to the participants in 1 month time to make sure you are looking after yourself)

- There will also be:

Optional reflexology taster sessions (top up £15 for 30 minutes)

Get ready to meet local Mums over some Delicious food, whilst learning how to take care of you.

Don’t forget babies are always welcome!

- Your ticket will include:

A TMH "Mum Bag" for all of "Mum's Stuff"

Guest speaker (duration 30minutes) will be available for the whole event to answer any questions
