We have just had a stay cation booked through bookin.com
Was really disappointed to find that we scored average for comfort and WI-FI saying that the WIFI was poor and patchy and the bed wasn’t comfortable?
Being that these guests were Islanders on a one night vacation at less than half the normal price, you’d think that they would have known that Wi-Fi isn’t great on the island and the description of the mattress is medium to firm on profile page.?
I‘M not really bothered about scores on doors as my description is pretty accurate on the portal.but what I don’t like is people who don’t read the descriptions plus those that can’t be bothered to clean after themselves. Leaving a dirty toilet with pooh on the seat and around the rim is not nice? We provide a brush and toilet cleaner so a quick flick round the bowl would have been appreciated as also cleaning the underside to the toilet seat. There is no excuse . It is not acceptable to leave a brown stained bowl or seat for someone else to sort out.
It’s not as if we charged them a fortune for this one night stay?
Needless to say, they won’t be welcome back. Their name and details are saved.
