As much as we love and welcome your dogs to our campsite, we have a new rule, all dogs must be on leads at all times.
Our sheep are just starting to lamb here and soon every field will have sheep in. Even if you think the field is empty and your dog runs up the hedge row it could spook a Ewe the other side and she’ll abandon her lambs or upset her lambing.
We have had a recent dog attack and it’s caused a lot of damage.
But it’s not just about the sheep, it’s also to help everyone feel comfortable and safe.
Please keep dogs on leads, stick to the footpath, and if you feel your dog really needs to let off steam and stretch its legs our dog park is available to you.

April’s sky is putting on a show 🌙✨

Next week’s full moon - also known as the ‘pink moon’ - is perfect for moonlit camping. It’s not too late to make plans.

Also the annual Lyrids meteor shower is back 21-22 April. The spectacle aligns with new moon, which is prime time to see the most meteors 🌌💫

We’ve been keeping a little secret ✨ Will, my husband, and farmer here at Panpwnton has got through to the live semi-finals on BGT with his fellow farmers in the Hawkstone Farmers Choir! 🌾🐄🐑

One of the joys of staying with us is sharing the space with local wildlife 🤍
Keep your eyes peeled and you might spot Otters playing along the water, Herons and Little Egrets wading gracefully, Dippers bobbing along the river, Kingfishers darting past, and the occasional Mink slipping through the reeds.

Nature really does put on a show here 🌿
