A little note: we’re so sorry to have taken the decision to close the site this weekend due to a nearby music festival. If we can’t promise a peaceful stay, then closing is the only fair choice. We’ll reopen on Monday 15/6 🌿 and we can’t wait to welcome you back.

If you like a site which is in a peaceful location, stunning views, pitches situated in a wild meadow with no area for running around, ball games etc outside your tent, then this campsite is for you.
The option to use Glinda the caravan for boiling the kettle, cooking some food and using the fridge was a real added bonus.
The compost toilets are regularly cleaned and there is an area for small children to play.
We had 5 amazing days with no music, no noise just a fabulous pitch with a stunning sea view and amazing sunsets. We will definitely be returning next year.
Tips for other travellers
Lovely walk to Church Bay from the site, be aware that cafe does not open Monday-Wednesday. The Lobster Pot is a nice restaurant where we sat outside and had a drink.
Beach 10 mins walk from the campsite, predominately shingle but ideal for a swim or paddle board.

Really special stay here! Beautiful locations, surrounded by a stunning meadow. Loved the shower facilities. Emma was really kind popping around everyone to check if they were okay on a very windy/stormy night!

The beach is a ten to fifteen minutes walk away which was really nice. M

We had a wonderful week here, it was a perfect spot for us and our two young children. The sunsets were truly magical, and the owners couldn't be more welcoming

We really enjoyed a walk along the coast from the campsite to Church Bay, with lunch at the Wavecrest cafe
