When your cleaners disappoint you and come with excuses why they cannot be there at a suitable time to clean your apartment for an incoming guest.

You've got to do the needful and immediately too.

Hands-on is good and there is genuine joy and lessons to be learnt when you do such impressive job like cleaning by yourself.

At Mission Wave Apartments Ltd, it's become normal that we often get wonderful surprises from guests who stay with us;.... from Tips to handy material items. Usually, these guests do not hesitate to express their appreciation in words about how good we have hosted them as you can see from the attached whatsapp exchange below....

Just today, this family who stayed with us over this weekend chose to gift us with a bottle of wine, Hand hoover, Air purifier and a first aid kit in appreciation of how good we treated them during their stay.

Now this is both delightful and encouraging, given all the effort and demands that goes with Serviced accommodation business.
