We Are Family were asked to support a very special private client with planning their wedding celebrations. The wedding was to take place in the city at The Ned, with a planned after party in The Vault.

WAF created the wedding branding centred around a white rose, the bride's favourite flower. The styling approach was minimalistic; dusty pink roses, crystal cut glass vases, and pastel taper candles.

We Are Family were asked by Instagram to design and deliver an up-levelled virtual event that is the embodiment of Instagram itself: a one-of-a-kind creative and cultural experience that feels like a TV show- with multiple camera angles, taking people along the journey.

House of Instagram went live this morning, streaming out across EMEA, with over 5.5k guests viewing the main stage. Guests interacted with each other via a chat box embed that had over 1.5k messages throughout the livestream.

The event was a huge success with feedback from guests such as “Main stage content was epic”, “So inspiring, love this” and “Amazing production & thanks for the different stages. Well done”

In July Meta asked us to partner with them to deliver an event at the Wimbledon Tennis Lawn Club on the day of the Men’s Semi Final Championship Day.

WAF managed guest invitations and the tickets for Centre Court plus guest gifting. We designed the event space and styled the venue, from flower arrangements, to table decor as well as creating menus, invites, and designing and delivering a bespoke photo op. The grass court styled photo op featured classic tennis elements with an English styled picnic, allowing the 75 guests to capture a fun interactive memory of the day. 🎾🎾🎾

For all those creative minds, turns out there are certain times of the day when we are particularly creative and other times when we simply aren’t.

Wimbledon’s second week is in full swing, and we love being inspired by the designs, colours and trends that come out of this summer sporting event.
