Finally finished 💛 a special gift for a special baby girl. It did have a frame but it literally fell apart in the car (thanks tesco 😒) but I am happy with how it turned out!

🐆 Yesterday’s make 🐆
I had a leopard dress that I had worn so much over the years but now was too small, short and had a rip in the back.
I was just going to use it for scraps but wanted to test out my new elastic thread to try shirring so I unpicked the original dress and this is what I came up with 🧵 🪡
I’m really proud of it and is a style that I love wearing!🐆💓

I made my first ever skirt 🥰(IT HAS POCKETS WOO!)
Originally I brought this skirt from a charity shop but soon found it had been taken in multiple times and was far too small. I’m still very much a beginner sewer so decided to completely unpick the whole thing and start again 🪡
I winged it without a pattern and actually proud of how it came out, there are definite improvements to be had but I’m content 🎉 I even managed buttons holes on my sewing machine 😆

Started making my Christmas decorations this weekend 🎄
I love the retro Christmas light Garland so much and I can’t wait to hang it on my wall. My plan is to make as many of these snow flakes as possible - I’m thinking Buddy the Elf style decorating 😜 ❄️
