The signature creaminess of Pierre Marcolini’s ice cream imbued with delicate Japanese-inspired flavours was a hit with all who tried it, putting a luxurious elevated twist on a summer classic.

From the smooth saltiness of the White-Miso Hazelnut flavours to the refreshing vibrant tartness of the Mango-Yuzu (which paired perfectly with the earthy subtleties of the Matcha flavour)- there truly was something for everyone.

It was a magical evening at ’s Nottinghill store last afternoon as their Journey through Japan summer collection was unveiled. A particular highlight of the afternoon was the macarons.

Ranging from the earthy undertones of Matcha and Black Sesame or savoury-sweetness of Miso White Hazelnut, to the bright tastes of Yuzu-Mango dusted with whispers of chilli, the macaron collection offers both soft and intense indulgence to fit a range of preferences.
