10 Springs Garden, London

Following its sustainable refurbishment by The Crown Estate, 10 Spring Gardens stands as a premier mixed-use development near Trafalgar Square. This landmark project transformed the former British Council headquarters into high-specification, energy-efficient office and public spaces, integrating modern green technologies while preserving over 90% of the original structure.

To complement this advanced infrastructure, DAL supplied the CIVIC 210 semi-outdoor downlight for installation in besa boxes. Featuring tunable white and asymmetric beam distribution, and a bottom-accessible design, the fixtures allow for straightforward servicing from below—a crucial solution for areas lacking overhead service access that simplifies future maintenance.
