It’s a first draft and homemade, but I love the idea of connecting the instructors in my two countries creating a network and growing a stronger brand. Sofie also taught me a lot about healthy eating, fasting, meditation, yoga and lots of other handy lifestyle tips. Sofie is a breath of fresh air who really cares about her clients and always shows up with a smile. I've recommended EMS training to many of my friends and they all love it and see the same results as I do. I have activated muscles that I don't think I've ever used before, so that's an achievement after 49 years 🙂! EMS reproduces the body’s natural process of voluntary muscular contractions with “optimal” electrical impulses. Your body fires muscles by sending electrical impulses from your brain through your central nervous system to your muscles, resulting in a contraction. My week started on a rooftop in Tel Aviv celebrating friends and ended on another beautiful rooftop in Marrakesh with 24 guests.
I feel extremely lucky for the experience and also very climate guilty. I’m hoping to compensate a little by being vegan. My family and I have been vegan and thriving for several years and I just can’t recommend it enough for wellbeing, energy level, health, strength, animal welfare and climate reasons. Avoiding meat and dairy is ‘single biggest way’ to reduce your impact on Earth according to scientists.

So impressed with Lisa, who is one of the fastest in the country. No 2 to be precise. These medals are just from the weekend and there is a wall more where they came from.
Lisa started EMS training with me 9 months ago and was at the time injured. I’m not taking credit for her amazing results, but I am proud and she hasn’t had an injury for a long time now. And she is no 1 in my book! Just saying... 💪🤩

A very big warm welcome to our new SHAPECPH instructor and family member in Copenhagen - Kathleen from South Africa 🤩. She has been a professional Ballet dancer in the Tivoli Ballet Theatre for almost 5 years now, and also used to be a Rhythmic Gymnast for the South African team. She always had an active lifestyle and would like to share all her knowledge that she has to offer. fact: She has 6 dogs back in SA😋
