Jutta Moore and I, for the last few months, been very focussed on supporting our fantastic hotels to reopen with confidence.
Through these efforts we’ve found that hotels have had to:
- Reopen
- Retrain old staff
- Hire and train new staff as a lot are inexperienced
- Generate business
It’s a HUGE ask of anyone.
We’re opening the discussion with on how they could benefit by outsourcing some of their functions in the short term.
