Turkey & Smoked Bacon Stroganoff with Wild Rice 🍽️

As turkey continues to grow in popularity as a versatile, health conscious protein, this dish shows how it can be used to deliver comfort, depth and familiarity. Lean yet full of flavour, turkey works beautifully in classic recipes where balance is key. 🦃

In this stroganoff, our Turkey Stock Mix is used as a core ingredient within the sauce, building savoury depth and enhancing the natural character of the meat. GTMS Sour Cream is incorporated into the sauce to create a smooth, rounded stroganoff base, delivering richness without overpowering the dish.

🥩 Great British Beef Week is here! 🇬🇧

Today marks the start of Great British Beef Week (23–30 April 2026), a nationwide celebration of British beef and the incredible farmers behind it.

Now in its 16th year, this industry‑led campaign was created by Ladies in Beef to champion the local supply chain that brings British beef from farm to fork, from farmers and butchers to pubs, restaurants and farm shops.

To show our support, we’re sharing a delicately braised British beef cheek with potato, made using our Signature Beef Jus. The beef is slow‑cooked with red wine, onions, garlic, bay leaves and thyme, creating a rich, glossy jus that the beef beautifully absorbs. Served with potatoes and braised cabbage (or your favourite seasonal veg), this dish is a perfect example of just how delicious British beef can be.

We’re also proud to work with Love British Food, supporting the growers and producers behind the ingredients we enjoy ❤️

This dish puts a refined twist on a comfort‑food favourite, bringing together warm, familiar flavours with a touch of finesse.

Our Turkey Stock Mix is used as a seasoning in the sausage mix, adding depth and richness while enhancing the natural flavour of the turkey, finished with our No.1 Chicken Gravy poured generously over the top to bring the whole dish together and deliver real impact on the plate 🤍

The team had a brilliant day at the Food & Drink Event at Football Club ⚽️🍽️

Over on the stand, was busy offering customers samples of the much‑loved Dip Pot range, from Garlic & Herb and Perinnaise to Deluxe BBQ, Chilli Ketchup and more.

Meanwhile, and were on the Essential Cuisine stand serving up festive-inspired dishes to spark ideas for seasonal menu planning.
Guests enjoyed:
✨ Turkey roulade with mash, sprouts & No.1 Chicken Gravy
✨ Cranberry & lentil bake with mash, sprouts & No.1 Savoury Gravy
✨ Miso, caramel & ginger cheesecake using Crème Anglaise
