She created her own hat blocks in different shapes and sizes, as well as designing and fabricating hats and fascinators. While doing some consultancy work in Ecuador. She delved further into the fashion world researching for other brands and institutions.

I am hoping/ aim‭ing to‭ ‬create‭ ‬a‭ ‬collection‭ ‬that‭ ‬is‭ ‬a‭ ‬fusion‭ ‬of‭ ‬different‭ ‬cultures‭ ‬and ‭ materials,‭ ‬produced‭ ‬in‭ ‬the‭ ‬UK‭ ‬with‭ ‬traditional‭ ‬skills‭ ‬from‭ ‬Ecuador, ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬
Whilst offering‭ ‬a‭ ‬sustainable‭ ‬solution‭ ‬to‭ ‬high‭ ‬quality‭ ‬artisan‭ ‬waste,‭ ‬‭ I am looking also at bio materials and sustainability.

TEXTILE COMPOSITION IN THOSE PIECES
I‭ ‬used‭ ‬the‭ ‬offcuts‭ from Panama‭ ‬hats‭ ‬and‭ ‬mix‭ ‬different‭ ‬techniques‭ ‬like ‭macrame,‭ ‬crochet‭ ‬with‭ ‬the‭ ‬broomstick‭ ‬and‭ ‬pin‭ ‬hair.‭ ‬I‭ ‬recycle‭ ‬different ‭ ‬type of yarns and metal beads, Alpaca, Lamb wool, silk, merino, viscous, hand made and also using dubied knitting machine.
Swarovski‭ ‬sponsored this‭ ‬collection in 2019 to‭ ‬complete‭ ‬my‭ ‬concept‭ ‬of ‭Rubbish to Lavish
