We want to see your spooky spaniels, wicked woofers and Halloween-loving hounds! 👻🧡

Whether your dog is dressed as a pumpkin, a witch, a vampire or simply rocking their own spooky style, we want to see your photos!

🏆 THREE CATEGORIES. FABULOUS PRIZES. LOTS OF HALLOWEEN FUN!

🎃 Best Halloween Howler – the spookiest, silliest or most creative costume.

🧛 Best Human & Dog Combo – matching outfits or a brilliant Halloween duo.

📸 HOW TO ENTER:

1️⃣ Take a Halloween-themed photo of your dog. You can enter from home, at a participating business or wherever your Halloween adventures take you!

2️⃣ Email your photo to [email protected]

3️⃣ Tell us which category (or categories!) you’re entering and which local business you’re supporting.

4️⃣ By entering, you agree to be added to the Tails on the Trails mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5️⃣ Share the spooky fun using and tag your dog-loving friends!

🐾 A JANUARY ADVENTURE… WHO WANTS TO JOIN ME? 🐾

January can be a funny old month, can’t it? Christmas is over, the decorations are packed away, the days are still short, and sometimes we all need a little reason to get out of the house, get some fresh air and blow away those winter cobwebs. 💛

So, I’ve had an idea! 👀

In January, I’m going to take on the Banbury Circular Walk with the dogs it’s a 17km route! 🥾🐶 The date is still to be confirmed, but rather than just heading out on my own, I thought… why not make it something we can all be part of?

Here’s the plan…

🐾 Want to do the whole circular? Come and join me for the full adventure!

🐾 Fancy just a little bit of it? That’s absolutely fine too! Whether you fancy a short stroll, a few miles with some four-legged company, or just want to come out and say hello, you’re more than welcome.

📍 I’ll share my live location throughout the day, so you can see where we are and join us along the way for whichever section works for you.

💛 And it’s about more than just the miles. It’s about getting outside, moving our bodies, having a chat, meeting other dog people and giving ourselves a little boost after the Christmas period. We all know how good a walk with our dogs can make us feel, and sometimes having a plan and a bit of company is just the motivation we need.

There’ll be no pressure to complete the whole route, no need to keep up with anyone, and no expectations. Just dogs, fresh air, muddy paws and a bit of community spirit. 🐕🍂

I’d love this to become something people can follow throughout the day, cheer us on with, or even join in with for a little while.

So, who’s up for a January adventure? 🙋‍♀️

🍂 It’s definitely starting to feel a lot more like autumn out on the trails! 🍁🐾

The leaves are turning, the countryside is putting on its beautiful autumn colours, and I’ve even had to dig out a hoodie for work! 😂🧥

The dogs don’t seem to mind one bit, though. Plenty of new smells to investigate, leaves to crunch through and adventures to be had. 🐶🍂

Honestly, is there anything better than a countryside walk at this time of year? ❤️

You’ll also have time to explore the magic of Christmas at Evenley Wood Garden with your dog, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and capture plenty of your own festive photos along the way.

Tickets are £12.50 for 1 dog, extra dogs are £5 each with a maximum of 3 dogs per booking.
