.🌿 Updated Guest Announcement for Flamin Edges at The Yew Tree Longhope both Theresa and I genuinely value positive feedback and we are always looking for ways to improve your experience. Here are some of the latest updates that we are excited to share:
⭐ 1. Ultra‑Fast WiFi Installed
We’ve invested in a major upgrade to our internet across public areas and residents’ rooms. Speeds are now reaching 350–400 Mbps, giving guests a smoother, faster connection. We’re planning further improvements later this year.
⭐ 2. Our pub guest toilets are currently being refreshed. The main work is complete, and the finishing touches will be added next week.
⭐ 3. New Lunch & Evening Menus.
From next week, we’ll be launching updated lunchtime and evening menus, along with a rotating specials board featuring new dishes.
⭐ 4. Bar Updates
We’ve added a new IPA — Harbour Bright Beach Party — now on draft.
Thatchers Gold will be installed next week.
With the warm weather, we will also be offering pitchers and refreshing slushes for both adults and children.We have lots more improvements in the pipeline, and we always welcome positive feedback to help make your stay or visit even better. What a weekend — absolutely buzzing with both new and familiar faces!
Our steak with the stilton wedge was flying out of the kitchen, and the mixed grill was, as always, “Simply a belly buster.”And yes… we had so many compliments — the good kind — about our scrumptious Sunday Dinner, with melt‑in‑your‑mouth roast rump of beef and fall‑apart belly pork 😋This week we’re doing it all again, plus launching some exciting new brownies and desserts hitting the menu. Trust us, these are absolutely not to be missed — if you know, you know.So don’t be disappointed — book early.
