As I’m required to travel with my job this stay stands very high. A couple of points to mention the microwave/grill instructions should be clearer, I’m pretty good with tech but struggled with yours. As a microwave it’s ok. The second point was room temperature as the outside temp as good inside was good but I can imagine it being too hot. I had my bedroom window open for the majority of the time I was there and noted the running water either from a bath or something but it went on for a while.The thought and consideration gone into the apartment was very good, lovely touches like a milk in the fridge on arrival and a fruit bowl well done, only small points but really nice. A comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and wonderful kitchen, the location is also very good, 5 mins and you’re in the town centre. Would I recommend (Absolutely)

If you've returned from the beach without half of St Annes sand coming home with you, did you even go?

Wet towels. Sticky ice cream fingers. Pockets full of shells. Children insisting they don't need the toilet 30 seconds before asking to stop.

A family break should feel lived in.

Three nights gives you enough time to slow down and enjoy it all.

“What if we can’t unload easily?” “What if we’re circling for 40 minutes?”

We hear you.

Convenience matters when you’ve got bags, snacks and a child asking if you’re there yet.

Free parking is not glamorous marketing, but it is a very real family win.
The boring practical stuff often makes the break feel easy. And easy is underrated.

Step back in time and hop on a vintage tram along Blackpool’s famous promenade! Such a fun way to see the sights and perfect for all ages. Utilise our Free on site parking at all our MySuites, and take the stress away for your trip by using Blackpool Transport bus, train and tram network!

The booking process was very easy to navigate. We were kept informed about everything we needed for our stay. Someone was on the end of the phone when we thought we had a problem and reassured us that everything was ok. The suites are fantastic. Easy to access. Modern, clean and well equipped. A great location for accessing the local area. Plenty of parking spaces available. We had 2 suites on our booking, both were equally as nice.Unforunately, the milk was off in one of tglhe suites but it was in date so couldnt be helped.I woukd not hesitate to highly recommend this place. Thank you.

"He's looking out of MY window."
"I wanted to sit there."
The evidence is presented. The accusations fly. A verdict is somehow reached. And you're only ten minutes into the journey.

Fast forward three days and those same children are laughing together on the beach, eating ice cream and asking if they can stay one more night. Funny how family holidays do that.

Worried there’ll be “nothing to do” ? Ah, the pressure to make every family trip magical ✨

Honestly, some of the best stays are simple. Promenade walk. Ice cream. Mini golf. A board game back at the apartment.

We’re not selling a packed itinerary. We’re offering breathing space. Sometimes that’s what families need most. We can help with local hidden gems too, because we live here.

🏌️♀️ Fancy a round? Tee off at one of Lytham St Anne's top golf courses with stunning views. A Perfect way to spend the day! We are so lucky to have not only 1, but 4 great Golf Clubs, including the famous Royal Lytham and St Anne's Golf Club, just a 5minute walk away!

Second time we've stayed here. Good accommodation in a great location!
