After many wonderful years, Doghouse Margate is now permanently closed.
This space has been so much more than a place to stay. It has been a labour of love, built from a simple idea and shaped by the incredible people who walked through our doors. From loyal returning guests to first-time visitors, from wagging tails to sandy paws, you made this place what it was.
Thank you to every guest who chose us, trusted us with their stay, shared their stories, and supported a small independent business. Thank you for the kind reviews, the recommendations, the conversations over breakfast, and the memories that will stay with us long after the doors have closed.
We are deeply grateful for the support from our local community, fellow businesses, and everyone who believed in what we were creating. Running Doghouse Margate has been a privilege, and we are so proud of what it became.
While this chapter is ending, the gratitude remains.
