Outdoor fires are on hold….

With the vegetation being so dry and wildfires in various parts of the country, we’ve made the decision to temporarily pause the use of our outdoor fire pits.

We know how much our guests love gathering around the fire, but protecting our guests and the wildlife that lives alongside us will always be our priority.

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, and we all have a responsibility to protect it.

This is only temporary and as soon as conditions are safe the fires will be back. Until then, thank you for helping us look after this special place.

Outdoor baths are still very much available 😍

“I cannot recommend this property highly enough! It was a real home from home for me and my family and the surroundings are stunning! The welcome goodies provided by Amanda was a lovely gesture and the homemade Victoria sponge was the best cake I’ve ever tasted! You can tell that Amanda and Martin have been doing this a long time - they had everything covered both in terms of facilities and hand over knowledge. We are looking to return very soon. Thanks for a lovely stay.”
