We are a fully functioning seaside hotel in the popular coastal town of Minehead, perfect for an Exmoor mini-break or as a base for exploring the South West Coast Path. 🌊🎉

We're also a hub for our local community.

From the group of gentlemen in their 90s who join us every Friday morning to enjoy the atmosphere and fantastic food, to the local Women's Business Network who meet each month in our beautiful restaurant, there's always a warm welcome waiting. 💙

The food and drink are consistently excellent, the service always puts a smile on your face, and getting to watch our students grow in confidence and develop their skills week after week? Priceless.

'Ambitious' is a core value that informs our teaching at Aurora Foxes and life at Foxes Hotel Minehead. 🥇

People return to our hotel again and again because it’s an amazing experience but also because our students are encouraged to reach ambitious levels of professionalism in all areas of hospitality. 🧐

From the perfectly frothed cappuccinos needed to get an ‘independent use of the coffee machine license’, to plating the a la carte menu exactly to the spec sheet before it leaves the pass, the ambitious goal is always the same – attain the levels of professionalism needed in the hospitality trade.

Slow cooked meats lovingly tended and served to order with all the trimmings.

We are delighted to share that Aurora Foxes/Foxes Hotel Minehead has been selected as a finalist in this year’s Innovative Employer Award category in the South West Tourism Awards.
