A huge thank you to Elizabeth Humphreys for helping us buy our beautiful forever home 🏡

From start to finish, Elizabeth, Ian and the whole team were absolutely amazing. Buying a home can be such a stressful journey but they were always there to help, answer questions and support us every step of the way.

One of the loveliest touches was arriving to a bottle of wine waiting for us as a new home gift 🍷

Such a thoughtful gesture to welcome us into our new chapter.

We picked up a selection of snacks and sandwiches from marksandspencerfood in Alnwick and WOW… they were amazing! 🤩

Everything just tasted so fresh and full of flavour and those brioche rolls were so soft.

Does anyone else think you can genuinely taste the difference with food from M&S?

We always seem to come away impressed with the quality and flavours.

That’s us officially moved into our forever home and we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter! ❤️

A huge thank you to Enterprise for making moving day so much easier. We hired a van for the weekend from our local branch and the whole experience was fantastic.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and made everything stress-free from start to finish.

The van was clean, easy to drive and very reasonably priced for a weekend hire – definitely something we’d recommend if you’re planning a house move!

Now it’s time to unpack, make memories and turn this house into our home. 🏠

Our aim is simple really… we want to help people discover amazing places, small businesses, food spots, days out and staycations across the North East, while also helping local businesses get more exposure and support.

Everything we post is based on our genuine experience, honest opinions and places we truly enjoy visiting. We love showcasing places that deserve more recognition and helping people decide where’s worth visiting!

Seeing the puffins up close around the Farne Islands is such an unforgettable experience and one of the best things to do in Northumberland! ❤️
