A gorgeous walk through the Cheviot hills - just 35 mins drive from Linden Lodge. 4.3k for a shorter route or 5.8k if you take in the second hill. A bit muddy in places but gorgeous views!

Embleton beach is a hidden gem … just 25-30mins drive from Linden Lodge. Park at low Newton by the Sea (the lower car park) for easy access info the beach. A beautiful walk with Dunstanburgh castle in the background. Definitely worth checking out the Ship inn for a pint and crab sandwich too.

this Spring with new bedding and towels throughout and a new TV. The Spring weather promises to return but luckily Northumberland is stunning in the snow too.
