📢 **IMPORTANT NOTICE – RECURRING CLEANING SERVICES**
*I have used AI for this post*

We need to make an important update regarding outstanding cleaning invoices.

We currently have **over 15 unpaid invoices** that are overdue. This level of outstanding payment is no longer sustainable for our business.

Effective 3rd September 2026, any client with an outstanding invoice that has passed its agreed payment due date will have their recurring cleaning service paused.

This applies to all invoices currently overdue as of 3rd September 2026, as well as any future invoices that are not paid by their agreed due date.

No further recurring cleans will be carried out while an account has overdue invoices. Once the outstanding balance has been paid in full, we can review and reinstate the regular cleaning service, subject to availability.

We understand that genuine circumstances can sometimes cause payment delays. If you are experiencing an issue, please contact us ️before your invoice becomes overdue️ so we can discuss it.

We value our clients, but we also need to ensure that our work is paid for within the agreed terms and protect the sustainability of our business.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

☀️This summer has been crazy busy for us.☀️

We've had our ups and downs, to say the least! ⬆️⬇️

I think I've cried, screamed, had mini tantrums and wanting to quit at least ten times!! 🤭But you know what I did?

️I pulled myself together, put my big girl pants on, re focused, changed my mindset and worked my a*s off to pull it all off! 💪

💐Thank you to all of our self-employed cleaners that have helped us this summer. Very grateful for your help! 💛 Alex and Lucy have now moved on to their new jobs, Joe is leaving at the end of the month... 😢 We will still have Anna, Amy and Sophie. 🫶

Now that September is here, I'm looking forward to autumn 🍂 and a slower pace... 🧡
