Taking time out is as important as putting time in.

Last September I realised that it been over 10 weeks since I had a break, working most weeks and weekends ploughing on through the work, the problem is that you get to a point where you forget to enjoy the ‘why’ behind why you work so had hard.

That moment was when I booked this little get away I logged on to the laptop and booked 4 days away.

I then got the calendar out and ringed every 6 weeks throughout the rest of the year and the following one.

These are now my stop 🛑 weekends.

Not that we are going away all the weekends but it means that we will do something together as a family.

I have absolutely loved my weekend away and although we have been supper busy I feel totally refreshed and reenergised for the week ahead.

Sometimes we don’t always understand why we are where we are in life 🧐

🤓So we have two choices ⬇️

1️⃣ We fight it, we try to change it, maybe get angry or upset or frustrated about it.

Or

2️⃣ We trust the universe, and we accept that we are where we are meant to be at this moment in time. Maybe because we are meant to achieve something or find something about ourselves. Or maybe we are their to help and inspire others.

If you don’t always understand maybe just trust the process - you never know where it might lead 😉

🌷Hope you have all had the most amazing day.

💯The best thing that I ever have done in my life was becoming a mum.
In fact it was the only thing that I was ever certain of that I wanted to achieve.

🙏It seemed to take a while to happen but when it did, it was the most amazing feeling.

😉And do you want to know something I found out I was expecting Roo on mothers Day - yep that morning I just had a feeling so bought a test that day and they you have it- how cool it that lol.

👩‍👧Anyway - my mum is the absolute best and She is my inspiration every day.

🌻So Happy Mothers Day to all the Mummies out there.
