Beautiful East Ruston vicarage is just a 20 minute drive from Clematis cottage. Our first time visiting today and what a what a wonderful experience it was! I came home with lots of ideas and a few plants too!

We would love to welcome you and your furry friends to Clematis cottage, in lower southrepps, North Norfolk. Just a few miles from the coast, (Cromer, Overstrand,Trimmingham, Sheringham etc) Situated in a conservation village with great walks from the doorstep, one of the best pubs in Norfolk just 5 mins walk. (The suffield arms) There’s even a train station 5 minutes walk away to take you to the broads, Cromer, or Norwich!
