Arriving here at midnight, we got to our room, it was well designed, and very Italian. We were very happy. Blackout curtains and shutters on the window ensures a good night sleep with total darkness, it was very quiet also.
The room was bed and breakfast, we only had breakfast once here not due to any issues we just preferred to eat out.
Their bar is only open from 4 till 10, on the first night we waited for 15 minutes and couldn’t find any one to serve us so we left. When trying it another night, service was very slow.
The room came with a minibar, however on arrival noticed there was a half opened bottle of wine in there from a previous guest.
Staff weren’t as hospitable as other places we have stayed 4 star. And others peoples empty glasses were left outside our room for a day.
The hotel was beautiful, in a great location, very central. We would not choose to stay again if we returned to Venice.
