"A perfect retreat for dogs and their humans. One of the dogs is depressed to be back home! Brilliant garden for dogs playing and people lounging. Loved the conservatory but such good weather we rarely used it. Quiet location and easy access to local walks and amenities. Lots to do, country estates, coastal walks, nature reserves and the broads all close. Owner friendly and helpful. Best holiday in years." (4 July 2026)

Our first spring at Sandmartins and it's lovely to see the garden come to life.

We've installed solid 6' fencing around the whole garden with 6' solid internally bolted gates so you can relax knowing the garden is safe and secure.
