This pretty villa is situated in a most superb position on the Cala Esmeralda with wonderful sea views from the upper floor.

Cala Esmeralda is a beautiful sandy cove located in the resort of Cala D'Or on the Southeastern coast of Mallorca. The villa is only a 10-minute stroll from two lovely beaches, and the town centre is also no more than a 12-minute walk away.

Villa Mar Gran is designed in "Old Ibizan" style and has just undergone a complete rebuild and refurbishment. A short path leads up from its gated entrance a lawned garden to the front door.

From the entrace we access directly into a spacious, airy, comfortable furnished lounge/dining room with original fireplace. Patio doors open out on to the pool area, whilst at the rear, doors lead to a more private patio area. Renovated kitchen well equipped kitchen and there is a washing machine in the garage for your added convenience.

Leading off from the living room is a pretty twin bedded room, with patio doors to the pool terrace and has shower room with a walk-in shower and WC en-suite. The second bedroom is off from the opposite side of the living room, a smaller twin bedded rooms which has a shower room adjacent.

From the dining area, stairs lead to the upper floor that enjoy fabulous open sea views. Here, there is a living room with a sofa and large sliding doors that connect to a terrace with fantastic sea views. From the living room we access to a bright double bedroom with en suite shower-room.

Casa La Pastora is a fantastic five-bedroom Llafranc holiday villa that comes with a host of useful facilities.

The property can sleep up to ten people and is located in Llafranc’s picturesque residential area of La Pastora.

Stay at Casa La Pastora and you’ll be a mere 450 metres from both the beach and the town. You’ll also gain access to the communal pool, which is shared with three other villas.

This popular Llafranc holiday villa boasts a large living/dining room with a TV alongside a well-facilitated kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher, and utility room with washing machine. Downstairs is completed with a twin bedroom and shower room.

Upstairs we find the master en-suite double bedroom with terrace overlooking the gardens and pool, a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom that has a pull-out bed underneath. There’s also a family bathroom.

This superb, newly reformed villa is situated at the base of the montgo mountain, enjoying impressive views of the montgo mountain and the open valleys.

Entrance to the villa brings you to an open hallway, with a modern, fully furnished kitchen with central breakfast bar, to the left, and a spacious sitting room to the right.

Carrying on into the hallway, the games room is to the left, with a pool table, a double bedroom is in front, and access to the large TV room with a 50" plasma and a downstairs WC is to the right. The house is wi-fi enabled, allowing free access to the internet/email.

The beautiful marble staircase leads upstairs, to the rest of the bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a TV with DVD player, a separate dressing area and a huge, modern bathroom with a whirlpool bath bath.

There are two further double bedrooms and one further twin bedroom. In total, four of the bedrooms are en-suite, the fifth, downstairs has a separate bathroom.

Three of the bedrooms have access to the large open terrace with ample seating so you could enjoy a glass of wine together before retiring to bed.

The villa is less than a ten-minute drive to the blue-flagged Arenal beach and the town of Javea with its markets, shops, bars and restaurants.

Our destination focus this week is Llafranc.

The property has been fully renovated recently and boasts four levels. On the street level the large terrace off the living room offers a spectacular view across Llafranc bay, whilst the wide-open kitchen comes with a range of essential facilities including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a fridge-freezer.
