So I know a lot of people have been asking what have I been doing and I thought I would let you nosey lot know 😂
For me this period has been an excellent time to just reevaluate my life. Look at what I am really passionate about and also work on the existing businesses and ideas we have..
I have also been using this time to really do some work on myself internally... make myself the best version of me I can be, so that when this lockdown is lifted I can go absolutely crazy and smash my goals and finish 2020 with a bang!!

So - Since Rona has been ruining everyone’s business & social life and we are all on lockdown, 🤦🏽‍♀️😂😂 I have literally had no SA information/videos/viewings to share with you!
However I thought I would share something with you that I love. So I sing loads on my own, in the shower and in the car. But not with other people! 👀 but after burning my ear for years about my singing, 😂😂😂😂😂 I thought it would be fitting to show you another little side of me... 💕 💕 💕 🎤

So I am truly very proud of this project.
Exactly a year ago, I left my very comfortable managerial position. To go self employed and enter the world of Rent to serviced accommodation. 🏠
With no prior experience in property or property sourcing. I started off sourcing single properties for De Luxe Short Stays, but very quickly investors started approaching me asking me to source SA’s for them.
My intention wasn’t ever to property source. But through demand it has just organically happened. And pushed me to develop and push myself 🙌🏾
Fast forward exactly 12 months, I’m now sourcing blocks for investors. Making amazing connections with Landlords that are trusting me with their properties/blocks. Having to now bring in more staff to support the demand. I mean just WOW!! 🤪
Here’s to an amazing 12 months ahead and I’m excited to see how we build De Luxe Developments, De Luxe Shorts and De Luxe Cleans..

These properties will now be set up by Charmaine and then will be managed by De Luxe Short stays.
We have another set off keys to pick up next week and that is the entire basement of a block secured.

These properties will be set up and run as serviced accommodation. I am so excited to see them once they are set up..

So this property is just about ready to go live in the centre of Nottingham 👌🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I completed a 1 day intensive training course with ... we covered everything R2SA. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 The next day she came back to me and was super motivated and put me on job to find her an SA. 🤣🤣🤣 Within 2 weeks we had the right deal for her 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 since then Nisha and have been so positive and proactive, that’s it made my job so much easier!!
Now they have their first R2SA which was furnished and set up by the one and only and will now be managed by ..
Here’s to a fantastic working relationship, and lots of bookings. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾💯
