Our residents enjoyed a wonderful mini bus trip out to The Long Shoot for a delicious lunch! 🍽️🥰
It was lovely to get out and about, enjoy a change of scenery, have a good chat, share plenty of laughs, and of course enjoy some tasty food together. ❤️
Days like these are all about making memories, enjoying good company and having a little adventure along the way! 😊

What a wonderful time we had at Singing Bingo! 🥳 Our residents enjoyed putting their musical knowledge to the test, singing along to some much-loved favourites and having plenty of laughs along the way. 🎤🎵There were smiles, dancing, and even a few surprise performances! 💃🕺❤️

We had a wonderful time getting creative with some arts and crafts this morning. Our residents enjoyed getting stuck in, showing off their artistic talents and having lots of fun along the way!🫟✨

We started our morning with some gentle exercises, helping everyone get moving, stretching and ready for the day.💪😊
After a delicious lunch, it was time for one of our favourite weekly activities- Wednesday Bingo!🎉There were plenty of smiles, excitement and a little friendly competition as everyone waited to hear those lucky numbers.

Yesterday morning was a lovely baking session at the home!🥣🍯
Our residents enjoyed making homemade flapjacks together, mixing the ingredients, sharing stories and of course having a little taste along the way!😋
The home was filled with the delicious smell of freshly baked treats and our flapjacks turned out beautifully golden and tasty❤️
It was a wonderful morning full of laughter, teamwork and happy memories. A big well done to everyone who got involved👏🍰

What a lovely day we’ve had today💙
This morning, we enjoyed a peaceful church service, giving everyone the opportunity to come together for a time of reflection, prayer and fellowship⛪️
Then, this afternoon, it was time for some fun and games!🎲We enjoyed a lively games afternoon with plenty of friendly competition, playing jenga and dominoes. There were lots of smiles, laughter and a little bit of healthy rivalry along the way!😊
It’s always wonderful to see everyone getting involved and enjoying time together❤️

Today, we are remembering a very special lady, Kathleen Ward, who sadly passed away shortly after celebrating her 100th birthday❤️
To honour Kathleen’s memory, some of our wonderful residents and staff came together to built a beautiful memorial bench in our garden. It has been a real labour of love, creating a lasting tribute to a much loved member of our care home family.
We hope the bench will become a peaceful place for residents, families, staff and visitors to sit, reflect and remember Kathleen.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped bring this special tribute to life. Kathleen may no longer be with us, but her memory will remain a cherished part of our home🌷💗
We would like to thank Kathleens family for all donations we received to create this memorial❤️
