This flat may be compact, but every inch has been thoughtfully designed to create a space that feels both elegant and inviting. From the carefully chosen colour palette to the finishing touches, every element has been considered.

The final update of the renovation of Flat 4 - and we are complete!

The final touches have now been added and we are ready to welcome our very first guests. It’s been a big project transforming this space and we’re so proud that this is now the fourth completed holiday let within the property.

Part 7 of the Flat 4 renovation and things are finally starting to come together.

The kitchen has been installed, large furniture pieces have started arriving and we’re now really able to see the overall vision for the flat coming to life.

After months of planning, sourcing and renovating, it’s exciting seeing some real character and warmth coming into the space.

The final stage now is all of the soft furnishings and finishing touches, which always make the biggest difference. We’re getting very close to welcoming our first guests into Flat 4 and can’t wait to show you the finished result.

Lots has been happening over the last few weeks at Flat 4, and we’re excited to start sharing more progress with you this week.

One of the biggest transformations so far has been the installation of this beautiful herringbone flooring, which has completely changed the feel of the space and brought everything together perfectly.

A huge thank you to the team at Oundle carpets and flooring for another fantastic job!

Flat 4 Renovation Update – Part 5
We’re now onto decorating and framework.

The decorator has been in, bringing everything back to a clean white and creating a fresh blank canvas.

Kitchen framework is now in, along with additional cabinetry in the living area.

Next step: flooring going down.
