We're definitely getting in the festive spirit at Eden House. Christmas cake is made, and my Frangipane Mince Pies are fresh out of the oven today. I think I'll be needing to make another batch of these before Christmas 🎄. I've had a little sample & they're delicious. Not a soggy bottom in sight 😀
