Head Chef – £40,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

Salary: £40,000 per year (plus pension and tips)
Hours: Wednesday to Sunday lunch

The Role:
As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, delivering consistently high-quality food while managing costs and standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for a chef who values work-life balance without compromising on quality.

Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
• Passion for fresh, well-executed food
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a calm, efficient service
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance.
