Hello! We'd like to formally introduce ourselves as the new owners of Swaledale Yurts and Keld Bunkbarn and to thank all of our guests over last six weeks who have made us so welcome while we've been finding our feet!

We relocated to Swaledale last month, having been farmers in Northamptonshire. It's a steep learning curve and we've big boots to fill! We can't thank Michelle and Ian enough for their guidance, support and kindness during the handover. We're loving the new challenge and meeting all the wonderful people who come and stay with us.

This will be our final post as we have now handed over the reins to the new owners, but we just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has made our last 11 years here so special. It’s been an incredible journey and we take with us so many new friends and amazing memories. As we say goodbye, we are leaving you in the very capable hands of a fantastic couple called Jim and Julia, who we have no doubt will be excellent hosts and make you all very welcome. Late availability! A yurt has just become available for this Monday, Tuesday and or Wednesday (29th,20th and or 31st August 2022). Just £129 a night for 2 people or add extra adults for £20pp or children for £15pp up to a maximum of 5 people per yurt. Set in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales with stunning waterfalls and wild swimming spots right on your doorstep plus a private hottub with fabulous views available to hire.
