Owned by Charles Cody, the Punch Bowl was re-opened in December 2006 after an extensive renovation and refurbishment programme carried out by local Dales craftsmen.

We have lots of fantastic wines on our list, so we thought it’s about time we showed them off!

For all of you white wine lovers, we recommend Chapel Down Bacchus, England (In celebration of English Wine Week).
🍈 Crisp and aromatic with notes of elderflower, grapefruit and melon.
🍗 Pairs perfectly with seafood and chicken dishes.

And for those of you that are partial to a glass (or two!) of red, we recommend Château Coupe-Roses ‘Les Plots’, Minervois, France.
🍷 A modern style of this well known classic - a lighter red with less oak and tannin.

Another road closure, folks!

There are ‘road closed’ signs when heading from Reeth towards Low Row, but we are accessible and still very much OPEN! Simply follow the diversion in place to get to us.

The closure is only for two days for a man hole cover replacement between the hours of 9am - 3pm.

So, if you were thinking of popping in to The Punch Bowl for lunch or a cuppa and slice of cake, don’t let this stop you. 😊
